This product is composed of a homogeneous, fine, soft, and strong multi-directional nanofiber tightly connected by a large amount (about 100 million) of polytetrafluoroethylene dispersed resin. After compression, the fibers will entangle with each other, becoming a sealing material with a tighter and more uniform tissue, impermeable to water, oil, and leakage.
Features:
1.High temperature resistance, with a maximum working temperature of 260°C;
2.Low temperature resistance, maintaining good tensile strength even at -196°C;
3.Corrosion resistance, inert to most chemicals and solvents, able to withstand strong acids, alkalis, various organic solvents, and strong oxidizers;
4.Weather resistance, one of the best aging lifetimes among plastics;
5.Non-adhesive, with the smallest surface tension among solid materials, not adhering to any other substances;
6.Non-flammability, with an oxygen index below 90, having excellent flame retardancy and self-extinguishing properties;
7.Mechanical properties, with a relatively soft texture, and a tensile strength of up to 20 MPa for high molecular weight materials;
The product is white in color, with a smooth and flat appearance, without any wrinkles, pressure marks, cracks, or pitting defects.
